Services — What I actually do

Five services. One operator.
No account manager tax.

Every service below is delivered personally by Bradley Zeller. There's no pool of junior specialists, no "delivery team," no handoff meeting where the senior who sold it disappears. When you engage me, I'm the one typing, calling, testing, and reporting — and if that's not what you want, we're probably not a good fit.

01Paid Search · PPC

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube & Shopping — built to print money.

Paid search is the highest-intent channel in digital. Which is exactly why so many accounts are quietly hemorrhaging cash — the intent is so strong that mediocre management still looks like it "works." I don't care if it works. I care if it's profitable. I rebuild accounts from the ground up: account structure, bid strategy, negative keyword architecture, conversion action hygiene, search query mining, asset group discipline in Performance Max, and the boring stuff that compounds — like actually checking what Google's algorithm is learning from.

  • Google Ads & Microsoft Ads full account management
  • Performance Max structure, feed optimization, and audience signals that actually matter
  • YouTube campaigns for both awareness and direct response
  • Shopping campaigns for DTC and multi-SKU e-commerce catalogs
  • Conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion imports done correctly

02Paid Social

Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest — not for "engagement," for revenue.

Paid social after the iOS privacy changes is a different sport than it was five years ago. If your agency is still pointing at engagement rates and "brand lift," fire them. Winning paid social today is a function of three things done relentlessly: creative testing velocity, proper measurement infrastructure (CAPI, enhanced conversions, MMM or incrementality where it's worth it), and disciplined audience / campaign structure that lets the platform's ML actually learn. That's what I run.

  • Meta (Facebook + Instagram) full-funnel campaign architecture
  • TikTok organic-to-paid funnels, creator-style ad production briefs
  • LinkedIn for B2B demand gen and ABM
  • Pinterest for visual-first commerce and lifestyle brands
  • Creative testing systems, not just "post and pray"

03Ad Account Audits

A forensic teardown. No sales pitch. Keep it or fire me.

Every paid media engagement I take on starts with an audit. But you don't have to hire me to run anything afterward. For $5,000 to $25,000 depending on scope (spend volume, number of accounts, and number of markets), I'll rip open your Google Ads and/or Meta accounts and deliver a 40–80 page document of exactly what's wrong, how much it's costing you, and what to do about it. You keep the document. You hand it to your internal team, your current agency, or a new hire. Most clients end up asking me to run the fixes — but that's their call, not a precondition.

  • Account structure & campaign organization review
  • Bid-strategy diagnosis and reset plan
  • Conversion action and tracking audit (the #1 place I find wasted spend)
  • Search query and placement waste quantification
  • Creative and landing-page fit assessment
  • Prioritized 30 / 60 / 90 day fix roadmap

04Landing Page & CRO

If the ads convert but the page doesn't, you're setting money on fire with a smile.

Most paid media problems are not paid media problems. They're landing page problems. Your ad account can be beautiful and your CPL will still be terrible if the page is slow, vague, overly busy, or built by someone who's never tried to buy something online. I rebuild landing pages and conversion funnels on Unbounce, Shopify, Webflow, and custom stacks — and I wire the whole thing up to tracking that actually survives an ad-block plugin.

  • Landing page strategy, copy direction, and wireframes
  • Build execution in Unbounce / Shopify / Webflow / custom
  • A/B and multivariate test planning that respects statistical significance
  • Form optimization, lead-magnet design, and checkout flow cleanup
  • Tracking hygiene: GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, server-side events
05Fractional CMO / Strategy

Senior marketing leadership without the six-figure hire.

Some clients don't need me in the account — they need me at the table. For founders and CEOs who have outgrown "just run the ads" and need someone who can think across the whole marketing stack: budget allocation across channels, sales-marketing alignment, measurement philosophy, hiring plans, and vendor management. I take on a small number of fractional CMO engagements at any given time. Two to four days a month, direct to founder/CEO, with a clear scope and a quarterly reset.

  • Budget allocation and channel weighting across the funnel
  • Measurement philosophy: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing
  • Sales / marketing integration: lead routing, response-time QA, script review
  • Vendor and agency oversight (keeping your other partners honest)
  • Hiring roadmap and job-description support for in-house marketing roles
How every engagement runs

Four phases. Nothing mysterious.

01

Diagnose

Kickoff call, access to accounts, and a full forensic audit. I identify waste, opportunities, and measurement gaps before I touch a dial.

02

Rebuild

Campaign structure gets cleaned or reset. Conversion tracking gets verified. Creative and landing-page fit gets assessed and corrected.

03

Scale

Daily account management. Creative and audience testing. Bid and budget pacing tied to real pipeline numbers — not impressions.

04

Report

A live dashboard you can see anytime, plus a weekly or bi-weekly working call in plain English. No slide decks. Ever.

The money talk

What engagements actually cost.

I charge flat monthly retainers. No percentage-of-spend. I don't believe in getting paid more because I talked you into a bigger budget — that aligns incentives the wrong way.

Audits: $5,000 – $25,000 one-time, depending on complexity and scope.

Paid media management: flat monthly retainer. Every engagement is scoped individually based on number of platforms, number of markets, and operational complexity. Real numbers get shared on the intro call — not via a "packages" page.

Fractional CMO: monthly flat fee tied to a defined day-count per month. Typically 2–4 days.

Every agreement is month-to-month. I've never needed a contract to trap anyone.

Who I'm the right fit for

Companies spending between $15,000 and $500,000+ per month on paid media. Direct-to-consumer brands past the scrappy MVP phase. B2B SaaS with a real sales motion. Lead-gen businesses with a working funnel that needs to scale. Founders and CMOs who'd rather hear "here's what's broken" than "here's how great we did last quarter."

If you're looking for someone to set up a $500/month Google Ads campaign and run it on autopilot — I'm genuinely not your person, and I'd rather tell you that up front than waste your kickoff call.
